The corporate purpose of Sustainability& GmbH is the provision of services and consulting services on the main topics of sustainability, environment and SDGs as well as the development and marketing of digital solutions for analysis, controlling and reporting on these main topics (no banking business).
Pursuant to Section 134 of the Trade, Commerce and Industry Regulation Act, consulting, the drafting of plans, calculations and studies, the performance of investigations, reviews and measurements, the preparation of projects, the supervision of the execution of projects, the acceptance of projects and the review of the execution in accordance with the project, including the review of project-related invoices, as well as the preparation of expert opinions.
Inspection of operating facilities subject to approval according to § 82b GewO, preparation of the § 82b inspection certificate including complete documentation, list of defects and proposals for the elimination of defects, assumption of contact with the authorities, preparation of the necessary documents if deviations found require approval.
